I'm educated in Design & New Media, see my study portfolio. Professionally I'm basically an IT Consultant, see my work activities, but I have a professional affinity for and skills in Interaction Design, New Media, Webdesign. I'm interested in a wide variety of subjects, sometimes from a professional point of view but often out of personal curiosity.

I love travelling.
So far I have been in 18 countries around the world. I made another website which contains my travel photos.
Highlights
Information Systems & IT Development
At the NMa, various information systems were part of my work domain. I started with basic registration, maintenance tasks and web content management. Soon I moved into more advanced things: data warehousing, data analysis, data modification, process control, CRM, etc.
Eventually I worked full-time on the development of an highly secure online portal for official data acquisition of all national and some international energy companies, which internally provides various business intelligence features.
New Media & Webdesign
I have a professional interest in New Media. That includes all kinds of new technological developments (hardware & software, online & offline, mobile & stationary) , digital-enabled social phenomena, and interaction/interface developments.
Additionally I have a somewhat professional interest in webdesign and have developed a few sites myself.
Industrial Design Projects
I studied Industrial Design in three different universities and participated in a total of 19 projects. The majority of projects were at the Technical University of Eindhoven, where I got my Bachelor of Science degree.
The projects included among things the design of appliances, electronics, furniture, software applications, games, robots, scenarios, graphical work, etc.
